ggee Terms & Conditions

This document sets out all the terms governing use of the ggee platform. Please read the full terms carefully before using the service.

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the use of the ggee platform and all related services. In these Terms, "ggee", "we", "us" refer to the ggee platform and its operating entity. "User", "you", "your" refers to any person registered on or browsing this platform.

"Platform" refers to the ggee website, mobile application, and all associated digital services. "Service" refers to cricket betting, slots, live casino, fishing games, and any other gaming activities available on the platform.

By creating an account on the ggee platform or using the service, you are considered to have fully read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the platform.

A minimum age requirement applies to creating an account and using services on the ggee platform. No person who does not meet the eligibility conditions listed below may use this platform.

This platform is for users aged 21 and above only. Minors are strictly prohibited from creating accounts or participating in any gaming activity.

2.1 Age Verification

ggee reserves the right to verify your age at any time. You may be asked to submit a National ID (NID), passport, or other government-issued identity document as proof of age. We reserve the right to hold withdrawal processing until age verification is complete.

2.2 Applicable Jurisdiction

Users who access ggee from regions where online gaming or betting is prohibited under local law do so at their own risk. ggee places full responsibility on the user to know and comply with their own local laws.

Creating a personal account is required to use services on the ggee platform. Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account termination.

3.1 Providing Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration. Providing false or misleading information may result in account termination and forfeiture of funds.

3.2 Account Security

Keeping your username and password confidential is solely your responsibility. If you notice any suspicious activity on your account, notify the support team immediately. Providing account access to third parties is prohibited.

You are responsible for all activity carried out on your account until you notify ggee support of any compromise.

ggee provides secure and convenient payment methods for depositing and withdrawing funds. All transactions are protected by SSL encryption technology.

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ggee currently supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks).

4.2 Minimum Amounts

  • Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (per method)
  • Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000

4.3 Withdrawal Process

Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 10 to 45 minutes. Your account must be fully verified before withdrawals can be made. ggee may request additional documents to verify any withdrawal request.

4.4 Ownership of Funds

Funds deposited into your account must be your own. Use of third-party funds or anonymous money is strictly prohibited. In line with anti-money laundering policy, ggee reserves the right to investigate any suspicious transaction.

ggee offers various bonuses and promotional offers to its users. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, which should be read carefully before accepting.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible to receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 gives a ৳1,000 bonus, making the total balance ৳2,000. For a larger deposit: depositing ৳42,000 gives a maximum bonus of ৳20,000, making the total balance ৳62,000.

5.2 Wagering Requirement

A specified wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn. The current wagering requirement is 10 times the bonus amount (calculated on the bonus amount only, not the deposit amount).

Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 10 = ৳10,000 must be wagered before withdrawing bonus winnings.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

If a user abuses the bonus system or attempts to claim bonuses through multiple accounts, ggee reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Completing bonus wagering through arbitrage betting or low-risk betting strategies is not acceptable.

All betting and gaming activities on ggee are conducted in a fair and transparent environment. All game outcomes are determined through a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) system.

6.1 Betting Rules

  • Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled
  • The original amount of any bet declared void due to a technical error will be refunded
  • ggee reserves the right to void winnings obtained by exploiting a software or system error
  • Sports event results are subject to the official announcement of the relevant international governing body

6.2 Technical Issues

If a game or bet is left incomplete due to an internet disconnection or device issue, the latest record saved on the ggee server will be considered final. ggee is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues.

The activities listed below are strictly prohibited on the ggee platform. Violating these prohibitions may result in permanent account termination and forfeiture of any collected funds.

  • Creating or operating multiple accounts
  • Conducting fraudulent activity to exploit the bonus system
  • Money laundering or any illegal financial activity
  • Hacking the system or attempting to breach security
  • Participating in match fixing or sports manipulation
  • Using automated bots or software to place bets
  • Operating an account using third-party funds
  • Unauthorized use of the ggee brand name or logo

ggee reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close any account at any time without giving a reason, particularly in cases of breach of these Terms.

8.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through the support team. Any pending bonus wagering requirements that have not been met at the time of closure will result in the bonus being cancelled. Legitimately earned funds will be returned after applicable identity verification.

8.2 Grounds for Restriction

ggee may take steps to close an account and forfeit funds due to any breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, failure to pass age verification, or directions from a regulatory authority.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ggee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. This includes but is not limited to: financial losses from gaming, loss of business opportunity, data loss, or temporary unavailability of the platform.

ggee is not liable for service disruptions caused by technical issues, third-party service interruptions, or force majeure events.

ggee reserves the right to amend or modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, users will be notified in advance on the platform or via their registered email.

Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms will be considered acceptance of the updated Terms. You are advised to check this page regularly.
